On March 31, 2018 the members of the East Brentwood Fire Department celebrated their 80th anniversary Installation of Officers and award ceremony. Members were sworn in to their respected positions and some received awards for length of service and for outstanding contributions to the people of our fine district. Thank you to all that attended and congratulations to all that received awards. Years of service are no longer the norm when it comes to volunteers. We all try to do our best and serve our community but life happens and we move on, but some are able to stay and serve. Congratulations to Catalina Aleman for making 15 yrs of service and Darren Scandariato for 20 yrs. we thank you for your dedication. Ex-Chief Robert Alvarado, who has been a mentor to so many, receiving his 30 years of active service award and proclamations from our elected officials. Bobby thank you for your service, your advice, your friendship and leadership. Ex-Chief, Ex-Commisioner, Ex-department and district treasurer Samuel Klee better know as Sammy was looking forward to receiving his 60th year of service award at our Installation dinner on March 31st.
